Fridge emptying stuffed chicken





This is an easy recipe so good. You can use any cheese, any vegetables, and other meat alsol I prefer provolone and spinach. I butterfly the chicken breast, put a piece of cheese in the middle, add any vegetables (I love spinach), and have put in a slice of ham before. I then wrap in bacon, thick is good but thinner bacon is better for this. I put them on broiler pan that i put coconut oil spray on so they do not stick. I bake them at 350 degrees farenheit for about 45 minutes. Or until the juice runs clear on the chicken. They reheat better in the oven than the microwave. The only carbs is the vegetables you choose. You can buy as much cheese and ham at the deli in the number of slice that you have chicken. This is also a money saver.  I use whatever I have left over in the fridge.
