i use spray coconut oil to grease the sheet pan.
I use for 4 people with leftover 2 pounds of hamburger.
I mix into the hamburger 1 egg scrambled. Then i mix in 1 8 ounce can of tomato sauce. I mix this with my gloved hands for best distribution. I then mix in the spices that i prefer:
2 tablespoons of paprika
1 tablespoon of onion powder
1/2 tablespoon of garlic powder
salt and pepper to your preference.
I make then into logs. I press down the middle for my family not keto. I put in ketchup or BBQ sauce. Mine is left alone and I usually put cheese in the middle. Note on the picture. I bake them at 350 degress for 30-45 minutes. The will turn nicely brown and the cheese will be dark if doing for family the sauces will be thick and not runny.
This is great for left over to cut into meatballs for a sandwich… i love it with endive. And also great to break up on a pizza. I love it with the cauliflower crust.
